The rooftop terrace with heated jacuzzi overlooking the small park offers a perfect retreat for the evening, while during the day you can easily explore the city on foot. 2 minutes to the artistic Old Town and 5 minutes to the ocean. The apartment also has a free garage or, if you don't want to drive yourself, there is a taxi stand right outside the door. There is a small café in the lower part of the house: perfect for your coffee or breakfast in the morning!
The spacious apartment has a fully equipped open kitchen with a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer and wine fridge as well as a coffee machine and washing machine. The open studio lounge offers a small couch, TV, Bluetooth box, a cozy reading nook and access to the rooftop terrace with jacuzzi, table and chairs, BBQ and an extra bathroom. The master bedroom has a large double bed, fitted wardrobe and on-suite bathroom. There is a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. All 3 bathrooms have a shower, mirror and power sockets. And of course there is a hair dryer. The apartment has an additional study with WiFi (fiber), desk and monitor. There is a fold-out couch that can also be used as a guest bed .
